RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No questions asked!
From 30-90 days after receiving your item, we can accept a return, but there is a $50 restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
After 90 days, absolutely no returns or refunds will be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please follow these steps.
1. Email support@thesquarekeg.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, ship the product to the following address in original packaging.

3. Reference original order number on packaging or label.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and the refund amount will be the total purchase amount minus original shipping costs. Package all items securely to ensure no damage occurs in the delivery process or damage fees may apply; items will be inspected upon return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been customized with etching or logos.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, once the returned product has been received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
